Join us for this new dining experience exclusively available at The CIA at Copia. Discover the vibrant sights, sounds, scents, and tastes inspired by Marco Polo’s legendary travels along the Silk Road during this culinary expedition.

The evening includes a delicious spice trail-inspired six-course dinner prepared by our creative team of CIA chefs. Throughout the meal, 3D animation projects onto your plate as a playful story unfolds in front of your eyes with the world’s smallest chef—Le Petit Chef—as your guide.

This one-of-a-kind dining experience features cutting-edge 3D technology and visual storytelling by the world-renowned artists of Skullmapping™ and TableMation™.

Hours of Operation:

Thursday, Saturday: 6–9 p.m.
Friday: 6:30–9:30 p.m.
NEW Sunday Matinée: Noon–3 p.m.

Guests will be promptly seated for dinner at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday and Saturday nights and at 7 p.m. on Friday nights.

There is a 30 minute sparkling wine reception before each dining event. Arrive early and enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbles before your adventure begins!
