Join us for this one-of-a-kind dining experience exclusively available at The CIA at Copia. Discover the vibrant sights, sounds, scents, and tastes inspired by Marco Polo’s legendary travels along the Silk Road during this culinary expedition.
The evening includes a delicious, seasonal Spice Trail-inspired six-course dinner prepared by our creative team of CIA chefs. Throughout the meal, 3D animation projects onto your plate as a playful story unfolds in front of your eyes with the world’s smallest chef—Le Petit Chef—as your guide.

Hours of Operation:
Thursday, Saturday: 6–9 p.m.
Friday: 6:30–9:30 p.m.
Guests will be promptly seated for dinner at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday and Saturday nights and at 7 p.m. on Friday nights.
There is a 30-minute sparkling wine reception before each dining event. Arrive early and enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbles before your adventure begins!

Skullmapping is a Belgium-based artistic collective founded by Filip Sterckx, an award-winning filmmaker, and art gallery owner, Antoon Verbeeck. Utilizing innovative technology and their extensive artistic knowledge, they tell captivating stories with stunning, inventive visuals.
TableMation uses overhead projections to animate place settings at dinner services with clever forced-perspective visual effects and character animations.
