Our Monday night pop-ups have been a hit, so we’re keeping the fun going! Mark your calendars for these upcoming dining events, each featuring a different cuisine and the opportunity to watch the guest chefs do their thing in our open Hestan Kitchen.
Please note: tickets are not required, but we kindly ask that you RSVP as “Going” on Facebook if you’re planning to attend, to allow us to anticipate head count.

Guest Chef: Thomas Bensel, managing director of The Culinary Institute of America (CIA), California Campus, and 1976 CIA graduate. His responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the college’s California campus–which consists of two facilities in the Napa Valley, in St. Helena and Napa.
