Executive Chef Deborah Mullin, CIA ’99 graduate, has designed a dynamic, technique-driven menu that changes daily based on what’s fresh from the garden as well as from locally sourced heritage meats and seafood that meets guidelines set by Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch.
