A grand celebration awaits you on July 1 at The CIA at Copia, where family and friends from throughout the Bay Area will gather for a day of festivities, food, and fun! Starting at noon, shop at our artisan marketplace, preview our new culinary arts museum, sample wine from the K LAZ Collection, and eat delicious food. Then, cap off the evening with a spectacular symphony and salsa concert and pyrotechnic show in our outdoor amphitheater!

The Main Event: Symphony & Salsa Spectacular

Celebrate Independence Day with a free outdoor concert and pyrotechnic show at The CIA at Copia with Symphony Napa Valley and the Latin band, Candela! During this community performance, you’ll experience the vibrant energy of American classics like “Stars and Stripes” and the National Anthem along with Salsas and Cha-Chas. We’ll end the evening with a pyrotechnics show that’s great for the whole family! The event is free.

Doors open at 6 p.m. Show from 7–9 p.m.

**We are currently at capacity for pre-sale tickets for the Symphony & Salsa event. We will be able to accommodate a limited number of walk-ins on the day of the event. Doors open at 6 p.m., and tickets are first come, first served.**


Artisan Marketplace

Put on your shopping shoes for the summer Artisan Marketplace at Copia! You’ll find a beautiful selection of housewares, artisan foods, culinary antiques, and more from an array of local vendors, as well as a host of culinary treasures from The Store at CIA Copia.

Marketplace hours: Noon–5 p.m.
Store hours: 10:30 a.m.–7 p.m.


Preview of the Chuck Williams Culinary Arts Museum

Get a sneak peek of the brand new Chuck Williams Culinary Arts Museum, slated to open later this year. More than 4,000 artifacts of specialty cookware, bread baking and culinary tools, appliances, and tableware will be part of the rotating exhibits, which will give you a fascinating look at culinary history.

July 1 hours: Noon–7 p.m.
Regular hours: Open daily; 10:30 a.m.–5 p.m.


K LAZ Collection at Copia

Beginning July 1, K LAZ at Copia will offer appointment-only tastings of elusive and highly coveted wines procured by proprietor Kerrin Laz, former wine director of Dean & DeLuca. The tastings are held in the beautiful K LAZ tasting salon at Copia and can be expertly paired with food by request.

You won’t leave hungry after a visit to The CIA at Copia. A variety of delicious food and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the day!
