FAQs
General Information
- Where do I need to park?Parking is available in the main Oxbow lot on First Street, with additional parking nearby at 301 First Street, at the corner of First and Silverado Trail.
- What time do I need to arrive? We recommend arriving at least 15 to 30 minutes before the event starts to allow time for you to park, check in and to get settled before the movie starts.
Tickets and Registration
- Can I buy tickets the day of the event?Due to the need to purchase fresh produce and other perishable items for the event, we cannot accept tickets to be purchased at the door. However, we would be happy to put you on a waiting list should we get any last-minute cancellations.
- Do you have a cancellation policy? As we must purchase fresh produce and other perishable items for the event, tickets may only be refunded up to 72 hours before the event.
- I see two different prices for children, which one do I choose and what if I have more than one child?Great question! Here’s how it works:
- Each adult attending must purchase their own ticket.
- If you’re bringing a child, the first child’s ticket is $25 which includes entry to the movie, popcorn and water, along with a scavenger hunt and fun, food-centric activities.
- If you have more than one child, each additional child is $10 each.
- So, for example, if you’re attending with two children, you would buy the adult ticket(s), one $25 child ticket, and one $10 child ticket.
- Let us know if you need help selecting the right tickets by emailing our Food and Beverage Manager Rachel Oelhafen at [email protected]—we’re happy to assist you!
Event Details
- Can I just watch the screening and not participate in the activities? These events have been specifically designed to provide fun activities for children between the ages of 5–12—such as the scavenger hunt and the food-centric activities. These activities are not available for adults, however, for a nominal fee, adults may attend the movie.
- Can I attend the event if I don’t have children? While we do not want to exclude anyone from the events, we encourage those who have children (or grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends) to come with an adult to allow the children to enjoy all the activities we have planned for them.
- Is there an age restriction for this event? While there is no age restriction to attend, the movies and activities were designed for children between the ages of 5–12 years old. We do ask that children under the age of 18 be accompanied by an adult at all times.
