Zinfandel Advocates & Producers (ZAP) – Seminar and Tasting Reception

Combining culinary expertise and winemaking wizardry you can expect to be delighted during this afternoon of zinful exploration in the kitchen!  We’ll showcase the diverse Zinfandel growing regions throughout California with their varied climates, soils and world-class winemaking talents. You’ll taste examples of sometimes unexpected, sometimes rare, but always delicious wines that may become your new favorites. You’ll also learn the stories of pioneers and visionaries from these passionate Zinfandel producers, while you taste exquisite bites prepared by the CIA chefs. No matter what you like to drink, there’s a Zinfandel for you!

TICKETS: Admission for both the Seminar and Tasting Reception is $75. Admission to only the Tasting Reception is $45. Tickets are limited with advance purchase suggested. This event is for guests 21+ only.

WILL CALL: Will Call will be located through the main entrance in our atrium.

FOOD & BEVERAGE: Tickets are all-inclusive of food and beverage. You must be 21 or over to purchase and consume alcohol. We do not allow outside food or beverages.

PARKING: There is parking in the lot directly outside of CIA at Copia as well as across the street, but the lots can get crowded. Plan to arrive early, and we recommend carpooling. Uber and Lyft are good options too!
