What is Terroir? (Panel Discussion and Reception)

How do you define terroir? Terroir is often discussed in terms of winemaking, but what exactly does it mean? What role does it play in the foods and beverages we produce?

Our guest panelists will share their unique perspectives and expertise on what we believe, know, or hope to be terroir.

Then, join us for a walk-around reception supported by the Napa Valley Vintners in our new state-of-the-art teaching kitchens. Get a taste of place as we explore wines and food grown throughout the Napa Valley region.

Admission to the event is $35 and includes the Conversation and Walk-Around Reception.
