Celebrate the beautiful cuisine of Brazil at our next Guest Chef Pop-Up, featuring Chef Almir Da Fonseca, renowned CIA Professor and the author of the newly-released The Brazil Project. Watch him work his magic in our open Hestan Kitchen, then enjoy his deliciously creative small bites inspired by classic Brazilian dishes.

Copies of The Brazil Project — part cookbook, part memoir, part love letter to Brazil — will be for sale and the Chef will be available for signings.
