In this 4-day hands-on boot camp, you’ll learn to cook the fresh, vibrant flavors of Asia; the diverse, iconic cuisines of the Americas; the finest, most delectable dishes of Europe; and the exotic, aromatic flavors found throughout the Mediterranean. All along the way, you’ll be guided by our seasoned, globe-trotting chef, who will share insights on world cuisines and the fundamentals of cooking.
