CIA boot camps are legendary, and this Best of Boot Camp brings together the highlights of some of our most popular classes into one five-day program. On each themed day, you’ll learn and practice hands-on culinary skills and experience exciting new flavors, all with the helpful guidance of our famed chef-instructors. You’ll start with the basics as you dive into knife skills and culinary fundamentals, moving on to essential techniques. Once you’ve mastered the foundations, you’ll explore the international cuisines of Italy, France, and Asia, learning about specialized ingredients, flavor profiles, and iconic dishes from our CIA chef-instructors. And since no meal is complete without dessert, you’ll spend a whole day in the bakeshop, shaping bread and creating elegant plated desserts.
