Of course, Spain surely has some full-size dinner plates in its cabinets, and in this hands-on class, we’re going to explore the best of Spanish cuisine, from elegant tapas to its complex, heartier dishes. Join us to learn (and taste) the ingredients, techniques, and traditions of Spanish cooking.
