In this hands-on class, you’ll taste new ingredients, learn essential cooking techniques, and learn about the flavors derived from this ever-popular cuisine.

Example recipes include Thai Crab and Green Mango Salad, Shrimp Salad Rolls with Spicy Dipping Sauce, Spicy Sesame Noodles, and Lychee Sorbet with Fresh Fruits.
