Plant-Powered Baking Boot Camp (3-day)

In a world where butter is king, the notion of plant-forward baking can seem daunting. But with the increasing availability of animal-free ingredients and just a bit of know-how, creating rich, exciting, and delicious desserts is a piece of (low in saturated fat and cruelty-free) cake! Join us for a 3-day, hands-on boot camp where we’ll explore the secret life of chickpeas, creamy ingredients that are better than the real thing, and the wide world of egg-free leavening. This boot camp can be paired with our Plant-Forward Cooking class, because dessert can’t always be the best part of a meal.

Please note: This class is a multi-day hands-on class that begins on Tuesday, August 27 and ends on Thursday, August 29.
