From Sunday, January 20–Sunday, January 27, 2019, join us in The Restaurant at CIA Copia and enjoy a three-course dinner for $46 as part of Napa Valley Restaurant Week! Enjoy specialties such as Brussels sprout salad with bacon lardons and apples, ginger-braised oxtail with mascarpone polenta, and more!

Menu

First course

Brussels sprout salad with apples, bacon lardons and Champagne vinaigrette 
–or–
Carrot coriander soup with crème fraiche, ginger, garlic

 

Main course:

Winter ragout with giant beans and heirloom squash, goat cheese, and quinoa
–or–
Ginger braised oxtail with roasted turnips and mascarpone polenta

 

Dessert:

Banana bread pudding with pecans and bourbon caramel
