Handmade Dim Sum & Dumplings (Hands-on Class)

Want to impress your friends with a dim sum party? Come learn the techniques to make popular dim sum dishes at home. We’ll steam and deep fry our way to a delicious brunchtime meal, and you’ll be amazed at how easy (and delicious) homemade dim sum and dumplings can be!

In these two (2) hour participation style classes, you will enjoy samples from the dishes you make along the way as our chef’s guide you through a fun menu paired with wine.
