Learn more about this region’s traditional ingredients like saffron, pomegranate, dates, walnuts, turmeric, and lamb in ways you’ve never even imagined. This hands-on class is packed with inspiring ideas and helpful tips along with delicious take-home recipes—everything you’ll need for recreating your own culinary journey at home!

This class includes four (4) hours of hands-on instruction and one (1) hour of time to enjoy the meal you have prepared during the class paired with wine.
