Join us as we delve into plant-forward dishes that incorporate flavorful ingredients, without taking away everything you love about meat-based protein. In this hands-on class, we’ll explore some of our favorite recipes, and share our tips and techniques for making them healthier with fruits and produce, whole grains, nuts and seeds, legumes and beans, and more. Even your most avid meat-eater won’t be able to leave without taking a bite out of these innovative dishes!

This small hands-on class concludes with a meal and wine.
