CIA Skills: Regional French Cuisine (Northwest; Hands-on Class)

In this regional cuisine series, we will explore delicious and seasonal flavors from each corner of France. Learn how to cook authentic cuisine from the Northwest region of France which boasts seafood aplenty, picturesque apple farms, and robust agriculture. In this hands-on class, you’ll discover the fundamentals and techniques for preparing rustic dishes of the countryside and classics like moules marinières and Gâteau de crêpes. You’ll learn the skills to prepare your own French favorites at home to share with friends and family.

This class includes two (2) hours of hands-on instruction and one (1) hour of time to enjoy the meal you have prepared during the class paired with wine.
