CIA Skills: Handmade Fresh Cheese

There is nothing like making cheese from scratch! Follow along as our chef demonstrates recipes you never realized were so simple. You will prepare a variety of fresh cheeses, such as mozzarella, burrata, ricotta, and also crème fraîche. You will leave knowing how to prepare dishes with these delicious cheeses as the star ingredient!

This class includes two (2) hours of hands-on instruction and one (1) hour of time to enjoy the meal you have prepared during the class paired with wine.
