Exquisite in its simplicity and representative of the casual entertaining of Spain, tapas are all the rage! These incredibly satisfying small bites have become popular throughout the world. From light finger foods to hearty dishes, this intriguing class will introduce you to the recipes and techniques for making Spain’s little plates. We’ll use ingredients such as olive oil, almonds and hazelnuts, piquillo peppers, saffron, anchovies, coarse sea salt, and smoky paprika. Olé!
