CIA Skills: Farm to Table (Hands-on Class)

Farm to table is more than a restaurant buzz word — it’s a frame of mind, and you don’t have to be a farmer or a chef to get in on the fun. If you are looking for inspiration and ideas for creating seasonal meals at home, this hands-on class will explore the tips and techniques to making delicious dishes with local, seasonal produce with exciting flavor combinations. No more worrying about what’s on the menu! We’ll dive into classic flavor pairings so that you always have the tools you need to craft unique meals at home year-round by turning your seasonal farmer’s market basket into healthy, fresh meals every day.  

The menu for this class changes frequently based on seasonal produce from local Napa Valley farms! 

This class includes two (2) hours of hands-on instruction and one (1) hour of time to enjoy the meal you have prepared during the class paired with two (2) wines.
