CIA Skills: Cooking with Beer (Hands-on Class)

In this class, we’re not talking about enjoying a beer while you cook…we mean reserving some for your recipes! Did you know that in many dishes that call for wine, beer can be substituted? Don’t be fooled, beer isn’t just for batters! You will learn a variety of cooking techniques using beer as a flavor component to complement each dish.

This class includes two (2) hours of hands on instruction and one (1) hour of time to enjoy the meal you have prepared during the class paired with wine.
