CIA Favorites (Hands-on Class)

Sample some of the CIA’s all-time favorite recipes in this hands-on class. From savory starters and hearty entrées to decadent desserts, we’ll cover it all. Through chef demonstrations and kitchen production, you’ll learn a variety of cooking skills and helpful tips for culinary success. We’ll discuss basic cooking methods, ingredient selection, and plating techniques for you to bring home to your kitchen, so you can cook like a CIA chef!
