From European to indigenous influences, Chile’s modern food scene has been driven by its geography and climate, which hosts a wide range of delicious foods like seafood and grilled meats, stews or cazuelas and pasteles, empanadas, corn, beans, tropical fruits, and, of course, excellent local wines.
