    Meet Rachael Mamane, author of Mastering Stocks and Broths, and enjoy a comparative tasting between homemade chicken stock and store-bought broth in The Store at CIA Copia. Rachael will walk you through a fun discourse on what a chef might expect from a stock as compared what you pick up from the store. Rachael will also be signing copies of her book. Join us!
