Hands-On Cooking & Baking Classes
Interested in sharpening your kitchen skills? Experience a taste of the world-famous CIA education in our CIA Skills classes! In these two and a half-hour interactive cooking classes, your CIA chef-instructor will focus on a specific culinary subject and teach you important techniques for the home chef.
These are a small, hands-on classes (limited to 12 participants) held in our Napa Valley Vintners Theater and conclude with a meal and wine.
We are currently building new state-of-the-art teaching kitchens at our Copia facility. Once completed, we will offer hands-on cooking and baking classes beginning in the summer of 2017. Stay tuned for more updates.

Culinary Destination Vacation
We offer cooking, baking and wine tasting classes at our campuses in New York, Texas, and California. All of our campuses are located right in the heart of a vibrant culinary region, and each one offers you a unique and unforgettable experience.
